To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約一年前，睇完openrice內的介紹，已開始已久不久會去到大埔汀角路龍尾村的luca，那裏其實不只得luca一間食肆，而有十間八間食肆，以我所知luca於openrice內有著大量的好食評亦是於龍尾村那邊最好的，因每次去到都是luca最好生意的。 今晚和朋友又特登去到luca，因十分掛念那邊的燒脆皮豬手(這個菜當然有點，亦是每次必點的，因這是luca名菜)，水準保持，外脆，內裡非常鮮嫩，好食。 叫了pizza，夏威夷口味(我覺得這裡的pizza好食過xxxxxhut的好多)，芝士好香。值得一試另外廚師推介我食拆蟹肉橙沙津，好特別，從來未是第二度食過，完全自創。值得一試 好飽好滿足離開，多謝luca。
