To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味的大盤雞

今晚來到土瓜灣按摩，按完摩之後和好友一起吃飯，我很喜歡吃便選擇這裏。其實這裏已經吃過好幾次，我覺得這裏的雞煲，味道不是太喜歡，反而最喜歡的就是大盤雞。大盤雞加少辣，這個大盤雞的醬汁，內有芹菜味，加上酒香便形成了一個很好味的大盤雞。小小辣味帶起了雞肉的香味，是我極為喜愛的味道。👍👍手撕包椰菜，這個用傳統做法的首詩椰菜非常之好味道。椒鹽脆肉鯇魚腩，椒鹽帶起了脆肉鯇魚腩的鮮味，用來佐酒，就極為適合。
