To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚十點搵晚飯見到佢未關即刻入去坐低一人各叫一碗米線叫左個千層峰同埋兩冰飲品米線1- 小鍋米線小辣 豬軟骨豬肚豬肚量很少 幾爽口豬軟骨 量都好少 軟骨不多 但幾入味米線量幾多 小辣都幾辣 因為冇留意有隻叫小小辣米線2- 熱拌米線 豬腸 雲耳叫木耳線 但呀姐話得雲耳朵 咁都照食 又幾好味豬腸好少 又係四五舊食完都唔知食左米線份量多 熱拌都好夠味小食-千層峰而家已經好少店舖仲會整千層峰（豬耳）真係好爽口醬汁有少少辣 但略嫌醋同其他調味撈唔均醋唔係用靚醋 所以食得出醋味唔香除左醋之外， 其他方面都幾好埋單$150有找 算係咁啦

醬汁有少少辣 但略嫌醋同其他調味撈唔均
