To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味的牛肉麵

平日下午茶時間, 到茶木點選招牌食品, 「紅燒牛肉麵」和「鹽酥雞麵」 不用等位可以即入座, 我們立即點餐, 雖然客人不多但等食物時間比較長。「紅燒牛肉麵」 ~  紅燒牛肉麵保持水準, 牛腱很腍, 又入味, 雖然久等亦值得, 湯底濃郁, 配以超新鮮炆得腍甜入味的紅白蘿蔔, 使整碗麵來得均衡可口。P.S. 一提的是正價的牛腱有4件, 而下午茶特價的牛腱只有2件,  正價的食材份量比較吃得大快朶頤。 「鹽酥雞麵」 ~  食物端上時食物, 鹽酥雞剛炸好,  食物夠熱, 份量頗多, 不油膩,  炸衣香脆, 雞肉嫰滑, 非常好味。

紅燒牛肉麵保持水準, 牛腱很腍, 又入味, 雖然久等亦值得, 湯底濃郁, 配以超新鮮炆得腍甜入味的紅白蘿蔔, 使整碗麵來得均衡可口。

食物端上時食物, 鹽酥雞剛炸好,  食物夠熱, 份量頗多, 不油膩,  炸衣香脆, 雞肉嫰滑, 非常好味。
