To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有日同朋友一齊想食辣野 最後揀左去捌壹壹食重慶野菜單有好多選擇 睇到唔知揀咩好而最後就揀左重慶麻辣火鍋魚（原條海斑） &香辣蝦鍋（孜然味）再加啲火鍋配料同小菜店員好細心 知我地叫左好多配料 問埋我地要唔要放啲落去個香鍋到一齊煮值得一提既係手切牛頸脊係超級好味 加埋係個麻辣火鍋到一齊食 比起就咁食火鍋黎講 係兩個世界既層次而其他小菜方面 都十分唔錯 分量岩岩好四個人一齊食晒所有既野 最好既地方就係以往食完其他地方既火鍋 衣物上都會有一陣殘留的氣味 而今次係感覺唔到 一定要推薦比大家
