To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家人想食龍蝦的關係，我就帶佢地到附近的中式酒樓試試。這間酒家都算主打海鮮。為保留龍蝦🦞的鮮味，我地選左用上湯去煮，龍蝦都幾大隻, 龍蝦上枱好香，肉質結實及鮮味，好新鮮，吸收了龍蝦汁的上湯，配上伊麵，都好入味🤤我們點了另一樣係鮑魚雞煲🐓，鮑魚係用鮑魚仔再用上湯煮，雞件方面係鮮雞件，有點像啫啫雞。
