To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗一個三文魚素飯,同三文魚芝士薄餅。三文魚芝士薄餅的餅底都幾鬆脆,賣相幾好睇。而我見到三文魚素飯,想試下係咩味道。素飯其實係切碎的椰菜花粒,加上三文魚粒,蘑菇粒嘅配件,味道比較清淡。所以我將椰菜花粒放上薄餅,一齊食。兩個味道剛剛好中和到😂簡簡單單就咁樣一個午餐。嘢飲叫咗朱古力,同埋檸檬茶。朱古力正正常常,檸檬茶就比較特別,比較重薄荷味,我會鍾意茶餐廳嘅檸檬茶味多啲
