To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Bookmark咗呢間點心店好耐，聽過身邊好多朋友都推介，所以收工就同屋企人去試下。餐廳地點都幾方便，我喺地鐵站出行五分鐘左右就到，我六點半左右去到就唔使等位住。餐廳地方闊落，可以睇住師傅喺廚房整點心，別有一番風味。我哋兩個人嗌咗幾樣嘢share：荀尖蝦餃皇最鐘意食蝦餃嘅我當然要試下，果然冇令我失望，皮薄但唔會好易爛，入面啲蝦好大隻夠彈牙鳳爪排骨飯因為實在太肚餓，所以要叫個飯，排骨畀得好多，肥瘦啱啱好，鳳爪都有三大隻，好欣賞佢嘅飯煲得唔錯唔會硬！脆脆富貴紅米腸粉呢個腸粉係是日mvp，首先外皮係紅色，夠曬鮮豔，佢會配埋三個醬汁，包括豉油，麻醬同埋泰式辣醬，所以食落唔會單調。腸粉皮好滑，入面有啲脆脆好似炸両咁樣，中間有包住大大粒蝦，口感超豐富，好好食！蘿蔔絲酥酥皮做得好好，真係好鬆化，入面嘅蘿蔔切到一絲絲，軟綿綿，係一個唔錯嘅飯後甜品呢間餐廳仲有好多新式點心，今次因為同屋企人一齊所以無試到，但都好驚喜佢傳統點心做得好食，下次一定要試下佢嘅新式點心
