To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是夜與友人路經此店， 見人氣旺盛。 心想一試無妨 泰式燒肉 - 原來是炸豬腩肉。肥肉偏多，炸過火。肉汁欠奉兼嚡口 有待改善。 泰式金邊粉餐 - 金邊粉大大碟。 不過無味無道。 配串燒牛肉同餐飲， 跟餐串燒牛肉大大碟，同樣味道一般。但牛肉沒有因跟餐關係而把份量減少。 配青檸梳打，味道不太酸甜， 還可以。 泰式春卷 - 上桌熱氣騰騰。 饀料都算豐富， 有粉絲芋頭條。餐牌寫明＂泰式春卷五絛＄３６＂。　但上碟只有４條咋。 吃罷此餐勁口渴, 會否再試？
