To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千島蜜桃煙鴨胸薄餅餅底好脆，鴨胸肥瘦適中，D肉好彈牙，食唔到鴨SO味。蜜桃唔酸都唔太甜，配上千島醬，碰撞出另一種味道。芝士份量充足，我拉緊都唔斷，誠意十足。黑松露野菌雜菜意粉D野菌幾新鮮，配上忌廉，加上少量黑松露吊味。好啱想食清淡D人叫。水牛城雞翼表層煎得好香，冇燶到。但內裏就唔算入味，要靠D醬先可入口。如果雞翼醃得耐D，應該更好味。草莓香蕉沙冰草莓唔酸，香蕉又唔太甜，飲時可以飲得出2種味，難得也。冰幾幼細，容易入口。
