To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋6:45分到，排咗半個鐘，終於有得食。入到去二話不說，緊係嗌佢哋嘅招牌推介🤤咖哩豬肉＋和牛漢堡蛋包飯 ($102)：蛋包飯蛋要滑就係基本啦，呢度用嘅米飯都係日本產，有誠意！而淋喺和牛漢堡上嘅紅酒汁係靈魂上嘅加持，味道香而不濃，襯返個滑蛋，好出色👍🏻 咖喱豬肉就大大片，如果再多啲豬肉就好啦🤤和牛漢堡亦食得出係心機之作，又圓又厚身！而且肥瘦比例均勻，同時空氣感十足😌咖哩豬肉 •濃茄牛肉•和牛漢堡蛋包飯 ($114)：味道同上面嗰個差唔多，而個蕃茄牛肉就好有茶餐廳嘅感覺味道，咁當然好過茶餐廳啦🤣小食，鰹魚汁牛脷 ($42)：呢個真係驚喜！鰹魚汁唔會太鹹，牛脷亦好鬆化，同事亦好口，好好食，食唔停口，強烈推介比咁多位朋友去試吓！要注意嘅係呢個小食係季節限定，有興趣嘅朋友仔就早啲去啦！
