To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味豉汁蒸排骨飯

有日，我喺深水埗買完嘢，之後覺得有d肚餓，所以就喺附近揾間餐廳醫肚，咁我就入咗去一間叫做(北河同行)嘅餐廳，一入到去，間餐廳幾新淨，睇睇餐牌，有4款，咁我就叫咗豉汁蒸排骨飯，想試吓好吾好食，坐咗一陣，阿姐將碟飯送到我面前，我一望埋去，心諗，點解唔係分開上嘅，都冇咩所謂啦，講賣相唔算吸引，但係一食落口就知道，真係好味！排骨淋得嚟而唔係爛嗰種，飯粒軟硬適中，以$28蚊呢個價錢嚟講算合格，凍飲+$2蚊，白飯加底+$3蚊，而且呢度d阿姐個個都好客氣，有禮貌，我下次再經過深水埗嘅話一定會再嚟呢度食飯
