Restaurant: Kam Cheung Pork Noodle

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味...當然係味道，好明顯係一間用心嘅食店，其實仲有人情味。幫襯嘅好多都係熟客，而老細都好Nice，見到好多街坊或者大學生都會問候一下，同我同桌的一個大學生，差不多每一個員工你百忙之中都過嚟問候下佢。好味嘅豬扒麵，豬扒係用心處理過，所以食落係好鬆軟，面嘅軟硬度適中，唔會有太林。煎餃子，陣係睇個樣都覺得好靚，好飽滿丶好均勻啱啱好，食落熱辣辣，啲餡明顯係新鮮包嘅，好好味。炸豆腐亦都好正，好趣。豆漿明顯好友豆味，因為出邊好多都明顯冇乜豆味。
