The name Noodle Noodle could not represent the food of this restaurant at all because the food here was so special and not just simply noodles! Fish noodles/udon were definitely healthier than normal noodles because of the larger amount of fish. Look at the advantages in the menu above. We came here for lunch but were a bit late so were actually quite lucky to be able to order their afternoon tea sets! They were so cheap and portion was so big especially for the 拌烏冬. We were so hungry and decide
They were so efficient that our orders were brought to us soon after placing our orders. 蟹肉拌魚烏冬 at $56
蟹肉拌魚烏冬 was so much bigger than my expectation. The fish udon, with 50% being made of fish, was really reasonably al dente and super well seasoned by my favourite Japanese sesame dressing. The dressing was actually more than enough! The addition of crab roes made every bite of udon so crispy. It was topped by some crab meat. 麻辣牛肉泡菜拌魚烏冬 at $58
麻辣牛肉泡菜拌魚烏冬was even better! There were 5 slices of beef which were so well seasoned and crispy with some add-ons! They were so appetising. The Korean-style pickled cabbages were quite good too. The overall level of spiciness of the whole thing was quite appropriate and made it so appetising! To my surprise, the fish udon was also dressed by my favourite Japanese-style sesame dressing! Yummy!

We topped up the original set by $10 to get fish noodles. The fish noodles were very special. As the amount of fish was as high as 70% compared with 50% for fish udon, they were so elastic just like eating fish balls! It was so interesting and I would really recommend trying. The fish soup was so clear and reasonably rich in fish that we finished all the soup. There were three white fish balls and fish rolls which were really quite elastic and went great with the accompanying home made spicy sauce. The spicy sauce was available for sale! The fish rolls, although soaked in soup, were still reasonably elastic. There were two types of fish rolls - one was fish and the other of cuttlefish.

魚之脆卷配薯條 had 3 cuttlefish rolls and quite a lot of thick fries. The cuttlefish rolls were reasonably crispy and still elastic! The fries were the thicker kind which were my favourite. They were freshly deep fried and went great with the accompanying ketchup.

This was not on their afternoon tea set menu but main menu as follows.
蝦兵蟹將 was freshly deep fried shrimp cake topped by Japanese sauce and crab roes. There were around 5 pieces and they were freshly deep fried so they had crunchy crust and elastic interior. They were accompanied by some salads in Japanese yuzu dressing.

Hot chocolate topped up at $5 and hot lemon water (included in set)
Hot chocolate was not overly sweet at all. There were two slices of lemon in the hot lemon water.
During this period of pandemic, each envelope was given to each of us together with the menus as soon as we arrived.
The above was part of their main menu. Having tried so many different food items, I particularly liked their fish noodles and 拌魚烏冬 which were definitely worth trying. Afternoon tea sets were great value for money in particular!
