To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多OL係12點幾放午飯時,因為工作活動較少,所以午飯時段未必會太肚餓。而越南粉係我其中一個最喜歡既light lunch選擇,因為食完都唔覺太飽。這間位於mega box的越南粉,每次去都人山人海,今次等左約30分鐘先入座。係等安排入座時,侍應已經幫我落左單,安排好座位後,我仲未坐底,碗牛肉牛丸金邊粉已經放左係枱👍🏻。金不換、牙菜、青檸等,是另上,客人可按自己口味自行調味。另外,值得一提大家,小食也好好味。今次加左炸雞翼和風爪,每款都是二十多元,lunch和幾個同事一齊去,一人都係俾多少少,但令成餐飯生色不少呢😋
