To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次放lunch想食車仔麵就一定嚟呢間，不過呢間車仔麵鋪人氣非常高，經常大排長龍。就以今日為例，我哋搭一去到，都要搭七先有得入座。不過喺鋪出邊等緊位嘅時候，就可以先決定想食咩，咁一入去坐低冇耐車仔麵就會煮好。今次試左大尊（豬紅、豬皮、蘿蔔、紅腸、菜同魚蛋），跟油麵加麻辣汁，再加凍檸檬茶。麻辣其實都好辣，如果想食辣又唔太受得的話可以試吓咖喱辣。所有嘢都好好味，而且份量好多。叫咗咁多餸都只不過係$42，凍檸茶$10。繁忙時間碗麵都可以排得幾靚，好佩服。
