To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聚來車仔麵是一間值得一試的家庭式小店。作為一家家庭式經營的餐廳,他們的車仔麵提供了多款可選的美味配料, 今次我選了雞翼。牛筋，羅白配上米粉，朋友就選了牛腩，魚腐，雞腎配上米線，兩碗麵的份量剛好，配料新鮮，完全感受到車仔麵的本味此店除車仔麵外還可以選擇飯類作為主食，作為一間平民餐廳算是多款選擇的而我所點的美食中，其中令人難忘的是他們的煎餃,薄皮多汁,煎至恰到好處,外酥內嫩。再說，小店內店主熱情好客,讓人感受到家的溫暖。想品嘗正宗的車仔麵和各式飯類，這間聚來車仔麵都是不二之選。
