To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗深水埗買電腦，行過見到有間車仔麵，決定入去試吓，叫咗五個餸： *雞中翼* 、 *牛筋* 、 *冬菇* 、 *魚肉春卷* 同 *魚片頭* ，配埋 *幼麵加腩汁* ，*雞中翼* 🍗：煮得幾入味，肉質嫩滑，完全唔會覺得乾。 *牛筋* 🐮：燉得夠淋，充滿膠質感，入口即化，味道一流！ *冬菇* 🍄：吸晒啲汁，香口又入味。 *魚肉春卷* 🦐：外皮香脆，魚肉鮮甜彈牙，口感非常好，值得推介。 *魚片頭* 🐟：口感爽口彈牙，簡單但美味。 *幼麵配腩汁* 🍜：幼麵煮得啱啱好，唔會太淋，腩汁濃郁，撈埋啲餸一齊食，真係好味！
