打邊爐係我屋企最鍾意嘅食物之一,朋友介紹咗尖沙咀厚福街嘅胡爐,就約埋屋企人一齊去食。間鋪都易搵嘅喺厚福街行到最入嗰棟大廈就係啦。坐低睇咗張餐牌就覺得朋友冇介紹錯,單單係湯底已經有十幾隻,有海鮮有羊,有豬手,有鴨,當然仲有雞,鍾意食乜都有齊晒,仲好足料架喎,我地有小朋友,就叫左手打牛丸同手打墨魚丸,爽口彈牙又juicy。仲叫左手工魚皮餃同埋手工雲吞,大大隻啖啖肉。菜就叫左雜菌拼盤,大大隻雞髀菇,吸晒湯汁好好味。最後加埋稻庭烏冬同埋竹蔗水就飽晒喇。大人就食好野,肉都瞓咗好多款,好彩佢哋有拼盤叫今次就叫咗個胡爐牛拼盤入面五個不同牛部位嘅肉喺度,牛舌心就夠曬軟淋,手切肥牛同埋極上手切牛頸脊兩款都好好味,肥牛脂肪比例比較多,牛頸脊就偏向肉質比較嫩滑,牛胸爽就如同其名好爽口,最後說霜降牛肉粒牛肉味就最重最有口感喇。以前佢地set計,原來已經轉左散叫喇,下次打邊爐多個2地方選擇喇。
