To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去大快活試吓佢嘅海陸空鐵板餐,份量都幾多:炸魚扒、豬扒、雞扒、芝士司華力腸、酥皮忌廉湯、牛油包、粟米肉粒飯、柚子檸檬梳打特飲。特飲餐基本$75 ,奇就奇在係冇跟飯或者意粉,要另外加$4先有個粟米肉粒飯,埋單$79。味道算係幾好,啲扒同腸仔夠大份,食落裏面都有肉汁,唔會乾柴柴,個炸魚扒都好味,配菜椰菜花仲係爽口,感覺幾新鮮,整體好味過大家樂。個酥皮忌廉湯係用紙碗焗,焗完出嚟本身個碗已經軟腍腍,食酥皮嗰陣分唔到究竟係搣梗個酥皮定係個紙碗,感覺好奇怪。
