To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味道但是老闆唔係好老實

琴日朋友話係網上見到介紹黎間餐廳話晚市有海鮮食. 於是打去定位. 順便問價錢. 老闆話1條細老虎斑差唔多200幾蚊，鮑魚一個30蚊. 於是我地就訂左1條細老虎斑同咪4隻30蚊鮑魚.到餐廳既時候，都等左差唔多25分鐘. 海鮮味道ok. 魚新鮮同咪蒸得好.本來話可以下次再去. 點知買單既時候發現鮑魚價錢係70蚊一隻. 話係南非鮑魚，爽口既. 不過我地訂既係30蚊個隻. 到餐廳既時候完全無話鮑魚轉左. 大佬，我地都唔識啦. 鮑魚一擺係檯就當係我地訂果隻. 所以雖然食物味道ok, 我地都唔會再去因為覺得老闆做生意唔老實. 要我地俾貴d都話聲我地知俾我地有得選擇. 鮑魚已經入左肚先話係南非鮑魚，貴d有鬼用. 大家如果去就要小心啦.
