係呢幢大廈入面, 每層都變為食店, 不同菜式都可以係度搵到, 今晚上黎呢層食川菜, 過一個刺激夜上..........................店內裝飾帶點雅緻中國風, 以巨大面譜作點綴, 燈光柔和, 桌同桌之間距離感足夠, 坐得相當舒服!呢度除左有川菜食, 仲有川式火鍋, 真正各色其式今晚打算食小菜, 就叫左以下呢幾款:想食香口, 叫左呢客麻辣鷄寸翼 ($68), 以單骨形式侍客, 令客人進食時方便, 㕑師又可令翼更易入味, 雙嬴!  鷄翼外皮上有紅辣椒, 麻辣味道唔算太出, 若然作為一客炸鷄翼, 係合格有餘!大路之選當然要叫番碗擔擔麵 ($38), 一碗份量一個人食岩岩好, 麵質軟硬度適中, 撈均炸菜, 肉碎與芝麻, 因有辣油在內, 食起上黎佢辣度係全晚之冠 !無辣椒系列有呢個清湯牛腩芥菜煲 ($98), 望落去見唔到紅辣椒, 取而代之係胡椒粒!  飲頭啖湯時覺得味道似曾相識.....再飲第二啖就閃起.................係胡椒豬肚湯呀!    芥菜一D都唔苦, 夠晒腍身; 牛腩件數都多, 亦係煮到夠腍身, 有D部份連埋筋膜位就比較難咬開, 整體味道唔錯!以煲

以煲盛上嘅係香肉炒花菜 ($88), 花菜即係福花, 比椰菜花味道仲多一份甜味!  落埋少許辣椒加些少辣度, 配以香肉一齊炒, 加添油份及香味, 好味喎!

食川菜, 叫個水煮XX好似係指定動作, 重頭戲係呢個水煮魚春魚卜魚唇煲 ($198), 仲係新菜式, 材料都幾特別, 包括魚春魚卜魚唇, 豆腐卜, 大荳芽及木耳等!  以電爐滾番起就食得, 辣度可以㨂(呢鍋係小辣程度), 咪睇佢咁多辣椒, 其實唔係好辣咋喎, 個湯底仲愈煲愈香!

好魚內臟嘅對於呢個鍋應該會出現心心眼, 魚卜煲完口感仍然爽脆; 魚唇就似食緊花膠咁, 口感黏性; 魚春應該係先走左油, 即使煲完都唔會散開, 食落口感綿滑, 全部內臟一D都唔腥, 皆因選用新鮮貨, 所以限量供應呢!!  而豆腐卜索晒D湯汁都係好味道, 入口時小心被湯汁燙到呀!!
