下午到旺角睇新車,途經勝利道,上次食過間西餐唔錯,但西餐旁開左間新的日本野未試過,於是就去試下。間日本野叫海幸,個名幾好聽,因為英文係miyuki,好似係女仔名咁樣。入面裝修好靚,好日式,bar枱有8個位左右,坐枱就大約20個。我地坐咗晌bar枱,點咗北海道三品丼同埋同埋雜錦天婦羅。前菜有淺漬白蘿葡,好好味,唔會醃過頭。其實呢味叫konomon,係一個日本西南邊一個島的傳統食物。佢地整得好好食。個天婦羅先黎,賣相及味道均不錯,炸半熟蛋如餐牌的圖一樣好。不過一啲調味都無,建議下次加少少味落去,一係就落重本用啲比較好的蛋。值得一提係佢個飯好好食,軟硬適中,不愧為做sushi的店舖,令到我地對佢個三色丼有好大期待。之後終於到北海道三品丼黎,有三文魚子,三文魚同海膽。雖然唔係好多料,但係就排得好靚,而且100蚊都唔駛,所以唔可以有太大要求,合格有餘。食後覺得材料ok新鮮,玉子唔會乾。不過最驚訝係佢個飯,因為天婦羅果個飯好好食,於是就對呢邊呢個飯有期望,點知又硬又凍…(>_<),好難令人相信…整體黎講都ok,唯讀係高級侍應晌客人面前鬧果個新人侍應,令其他人進食時不快,下次可以改善
