To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同2個同事去左豚王食lunch, 排左一陣隊。點左2個豚王同一個赤王。 配菜好足，仲有免費既辣芽菜。本身好鍾意食辣但唔食得辣，好彩唔一定要叫赤王，可以叫豚王再加1辣。麵身有軟硬中揀，適合唔同口味既人。一碗麵都幾多下，食到好飽。湯汁好濃好香。佢2點半有下午茶，餐牌要另外問佢拎的。麵既份量係平時既一半，岩細食既女士們。我見隔離枱有人食黑王都好香，打算下次試。但唔會試翠王，感覺食2啖就會好飽。2點之後會冇咁多人排隊lunch。座位較逼。
