想食質素高嘅打邊爐,咁就要行多兩步!今日就深入去到九龍灣嘅江南庭敘,同朋友一齊試吓呢間工業區嘅綠州!打邊爐最重要一定係湯底,唔通真係個爐咩?今次就選擇蕃茄排骨湯底,除咗好濃蕃茄味,仲有好多排骨,開始打邊爐前,飲咗啖湯,酸酸甜甜,好fresh呀!沙巴龍蠆 $388:脆肉鯇係好好味,之但係今日見到龍蠆好新鮮,一於叫一條豪一豪,師傅刀工好,每件魚都起晒骨,加上非常新鮮,好彈牙!安格斯肥牛$248、手切肥牛$328:兩款嘅牛味都好濃,加上大大碟,真係好抵食。其中手切肥牛較厚身,有咬口;而安格斯肥牛就脂肪分佈平均,入口軟腍。雲吞$98:雲吞皮夠晒薄,入面仲有大大隻超彈牙嘅蝦同豬肉,一咬落去就有好多汁流出嚟,好新鮮呀!四寶丸$98:四寶丸有墨魚、鮮蝦、牛肉同豬肉,全部都係新鮮打造,入口彈牙,其中最正係墨魚丸,墨魚味勁香濃!呢餐都幾滿意,好耐無食過咁有質素既火鍋,行遠少少都值。
