To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行過宜家傢俬，想食午餐，雖然排好長龍，但係裏面好多位，其實都好快就入得去，有人帶位，叫咗八隻雞翼、五粒肉丸配薯蓉、豬手配薯仔。雞翼外脆內軟，每次去都一定食，好味😋多汁。肉丸配薯蓉個肉丸細粒左，咬落軟身唔會好硬，薯蓉份量都唔多，我本身走咗汁，薯蓉味道比較淡口。豬手配薯仔個豬手份量都幾大，兩個人都食唔晒，外邊皮唔算太脆，有少少硬，整體來講都幾好食，會再食。叫咗杯$7任添可樂個杯好細隻，所以成日要出去添。
