To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家位於 長洲-興隆後巷 的「家家樂」頗有隱世 feel .... 大部分食客都是長洲街坊,遊客甚少,口碑也很仔, 食物有特色又好味,絕對值得一試!豉汁蒸大鱔:沒有想到,街坊快餐店竟然會有蒸大鱔,初頭是本著一試無妨的心態而已,但竟然勁有驚喜!大鱔是即叫即蒸,落足本錢,而且鱔肉是很新鮮,既彈牙肥美又鮮味,還有很入味的粉絲 .... 勁抽好味,盡顯小島的漁港風情 ~荷葉八寶飯:看似平平無奇,有點像糯米雞 .... 但其實完全不一樣, 餡料非常之充足,而且十分豐富,有瑤柱、蝦乾、蝦粒、腩肉、鹹蛋黃、栗子 等等,蒸出來的飯勁有荷葉香,鮮味滿滿,絕對是功夫菜,市面罕有 ~本篇完 ~
