To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日連場大雨🌧️,放工後都不想回家🏡買餸煮食🥣,近近地🚇便到黃大仙中心南館「亞金南洋茶室」吃晚餐🍽。店舖環境不錯,地方整潔優雅,以卡位為主坐得舒服😌,而餐廳是主打馬來西亞🇲🇾菜式,所以餐牌上寫有叻沙、咖喱、手抓餅、麵條等。今晚我們就點選了「馬來特色手撕雞蝦湯麵🍜」材料有豆腐卜、少許菜和雞絲,湯底似是淡淡的滷水味道,而麵底分量十足。馬來咖喱牛腩白飯咖喱味香,🐂牛腩夠淋,用來伴飯🍚是不錯的選擇。馬拉盞炒通菜有蝦米的味道,通菜上枱時色澤綠油油😋馬來炸春卷餡料雖然簡單有蘿蔔絲🥕和菜絲🥬,但在調味方面及外脆內軟的口感整體卻不錯👍另外還有香茅雞翼、榴槤波波都很好👍椰子紅豆冰椰子味香濃,紅豆好淋配合得不錯😋
