To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽大名而久，終於被朋友帶我來了。我們六時半到達，所以不用等位便可坐下了。朋友點了翠王，我點了豚王。心想豚王是最基本，應該很安全。我試了一口翠王的湯底，的確香草味更濃，在口腔留香。我十分喜歡它的點菜紙，可以tailor made 一個你獨一無二適合你貼心的拉麵。我喜歡它湯底十分濃，但不鹹。麵的份量十足，但你也可以加麵。太貼心了。麵的質素更高，好彈牙，是我第一次吃這個彈牙的麵，比起我在日本時吃的更好味。配菜，是木耳，好味，爽。叉燒，我選了瘦了，但還是有點肥膏，我要努力把它弄走。我又要讚一讚它的蔥很多，好香口呀戈。總結，一定要試一試。強力推介。
