To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個綠王係真係突然間想以食意大利嘢又想食日本拉麵嘅 怪怪組合之一 但係配搭起上嚟又幾好食之前我曾經講過佢好似pesto仲要加埋芝士粉真係成碟意大利粉咁樣我仲揀左幼面就好似天使麵咁樣雖然佢好似西方化咁樣但係你仲可以加辣嘅呢度嘅湯底真係夠曬濃厚厚到好似 真係意大利粉嘅醬汁咁樣好似罐頭湯嘅白汁意粉咁囉我鐘意佢薄薄嘅豚肉唔會好肥又吸湯木耳絲夠曬彈牙因為湯底夠濃厚 分量又多真係好飽肚不過我都食曬服務唔錯可惜佢嘅下午茶淨係得豚王湯底
