To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係星期日既下午我地剛剛去完ＣＡＭＰ　經過西貢碼頭Ｅ邊見到好多餐廳但我望到黑椒雞排意大利粉好吸引　所以就簡左佢但係星期日同好多行山客　而我地就只有兩個人　所以得左姐姐執野　兩分鐘左右入到去搭臺～我叫左個黑椒雞排意大利粉ＷＡ，一上到臺　眼都特埋　錦大牒既　我仲諗住一個人份量　見到實物　起瑪兩個人份量真係好香既黑椒味　意粉炒得一Ｄ都唔乾身　啖啖都係黑椒味　雞排好滑又好林　真係好入味！　青椒洋蔥Ｅ　Ｄ　都比黑椒味同獲氣ＣＯＶＥＲ　住　真係好好好味！
