Traditional Sichuan Hotpot Restaurant!! Fans of Spicy food MUST GO~~!

We decided to try some traditional Sichuan food in HK. This restaurant was recommended in "A Bite of China (Season 2)" and therefore we make our journey and begin our adventure.

The place is located in the Kennedy Town, we took ~7 minutes walk from Exit C of the MTR station.

The decoration is nice and elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows which offer very nice street view, but it would be better if the seats are more comfortable.

The restaurant uses an electronic ordering system and a QR code was provided for placing order via the web. The ordering system is cool, easy to use and will reflect the order sum immediately after placing order. We find that some items in the menu do not come with a photo so we need to google them. The experience can be significantly enhance if more photos and description can be provided in the web.

It is also very nice that free refreshing warm, sweet soups are provided. I guess we should reserve the sweet soups for the upcoming spicy journey. (Unfortunately we didn’t…)

We ordered the a Sichuan spicy soup and a tomato soup, pork, coral mussel, asian vegetable assortment and noodles. The menu is very thoughtful, we can order half dishes which means we are opened to more options.

I must say the Sichuan is extraordinary and unforgettable. Definitely irresistible for any big fans of spicy food.
