To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在九龍活動，原本打算在九龍飲茶，但第五波疫情後，現在大家報復式消費，在九龍飲茶一定要排隊等位。故此，到科學園囍慶。一來不用等位，二來又有泊車優惠。我們好貪心，點了六個點心。鮑魚骨雞粥，粥底好綿，而且白切雞的雞皮出了雞油，令雞粥又滑又夠雞味。蝦餃做得好紮實，澄麵夠煙韌，蝦爽甜，肥豬肉不多，真好。叉燒包也好 ，餡不少，而且不是肥豬肉，也不是結撻撻的叉燒醬，Honey讚。六款點心最失色的算是酥炸魷魚絲，魷魚絲是爽脆的，但是漿粉太多，完全蓋過魷魚絲的爽脆。手拍青瓜非常好！醬汁酸甜味剛好，青瓜不會被浸得過度，仍保持青瓜的爽甜爽脆。鮮蝦腸粉一定要大讚！因為腸粉好滑，但用筷子夾又不會一夾就爛，師傅手勢真好。整個午餐都好好味。

六款點心最失色的算是酥炸魷魚絲，魷魚絲是爽脆的，但是漿粉太多，完全蓋過魷魚絲的爽脆。
手拍青瓜非常好！醬汁酸甜味剛好，青瓜不會被浸得過度，仍保持青瓜的爽甜爽脆。
鮮蝦腸粉一定要大讚！因為腸粉好滑，但用筷子夾又不會一夾就爛，師傅手勢真好。
