To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六早上和老婆撐枱腳,食個靚早餐。這間餐廳在區內深受歡迎,今早約10時去都幾多人。老婆例牌叫了一個輕盈早餐,她最喜歡吃那鮮奶麥皮,杰杰的而且無糖,黑松露炒蛋炒得半熟,也十分好吃。她喜歡有沙律菜做早餐,沙律菜新鮮而不苦,再加一個牛角包,個餐好豐富。我叫了火腿濃湯通粉湯底夠味夠濃,通粉不會過冧,火腿份量正常。而且這個通粉加了粟米和少少菠菜,蒜蓉牛油多士是這間餐廳的招牌菜式,這個$33的早餐已包了這個多士,多士是厚身大塊的,牛油香噴噴,最好味是加了很多蒜蓉,熱辣辣地上枱,令人大快朵頤。
