To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夏天那麼熱,下午想吃一下越南野,轉一下口味,同事叫了火車頭河粉,份量不少幾大碗有牛肉、牛丸、牛柏葉、牛腩等、湯底不錯,加了大量蔥花,河粉很爽,滿滿的餸菜和河粉浸在濃濃的湯底之中,十分可口,大滿足😍黃咖喱雞飯也做得不錯,咖喱汁很惹味,而且加了很多洋蔥,雞件的份量也不少,雞件又嫩又滑配以咖喱汁很開胃。雖然是下午茶但碗飯的份量也,很多簡直是下午茶價錢午餐的份量。下午茶包了熱飲,凍飲加$3,也可以加$8升級特飲例如青檸檬梳打、鹹檸七等。套餐還可以加配小食例如酸辣無骨鳳爪、柚子𧎚律。
