To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好咸好咸的面汤

由于只是晚上小聚 加之老公爱吃面 就选了中环这家豚王是白汤 骨汤香稠 好好吃的同时 好好好渴 赤是辣汤 无辣不欢的我 认怂 只尝了一口就退下了黑是墨鱼汁 好多人都在点 可能我的口味还没那么国际化 觉得有些腥 面是细面 就算点了宽的 也很细 软硬不错 但是还是没有在日本吃的粗粗的拉面有味道 汤汁的浓稠 让每根面上都浸满了汁味 但是如此咸死人的味道 让人不得不猛灌冰水或是可乐 甚至回家之后 也灌水不止爱恨交加的面店 看客们 你们自行决定吧～
