煮嘢食其實講求色,香,味,啲食物一煮到出嚟嘅時候其實第一眼就已經知道好唔好食,其實賣相都好重要,其實整食物都好講個廚師有冇用心去做,喺呢張相上面嘅綠胡椒汁陪襯忌廉焗薯仲有新鮮嘅雜菜,肉眼嘅成數係Rare,煎完出嚟一滴血水都冇,都好講求廚師本身嘅質素,可以能夠控制到Wear依個成數而冇血水👍🏻👍🏻
