第一次食心甜,可能因為宵夜時分,完全唔洗等位。叫左我一向最鐘意既法式燉蛋Crème brûlée,朋友叫左龍眼玉露,貪佢夠新奇,第二度未食過。龍眼玉露唔洗2分鐘已經到左,嘩好唔掂!個甜水底係有d“益益地”(壞左咁既味)既奶味,d龍眼既味亦都好奇怪,食左兩啖既感覺係:算啦唔好勉強自己。同朋友就有得佢啦。唔洗無耐,我最愛既Crème brûlée到左啦!對Crème brûlée甚有研究,食盡港九新界好味Crème brûlée既我好期待,一黎梗係要“敲”下佢先啦!點知,都係失望。唔單止面個塊焦糖一d都唔脆,入面仲好凍冰冰..........問一問Waiter,佢解釋:“呢個係凍食。” 無奈。係既我係知道有凍食,但Crème brûlée最好味之處係個蛋焗完後保持暖暖地、或保持室溫,再加上個焦糖脆脆地咁先好味。就算入面係凍凍地,用火槍燒個面個時,入面都應該有少少暖,而唔係完全冰凍。睇返呢間野之前都有用戶Kalawb指出唔明點解Crème brûlée個心係frozen,佢既comment我係十分十分之認同,引用返呢位用戶既食評:“Never could have imagined to h

龍眼玉露唔洗2分鐘已經到左,嘩好唔掂!

個甜水底係有d“益益地”(壞左咁既味)既奶味,d龍眼既味亦都好奇怪,食左兩啖既感覺係:算啦唔好勉強自己。同朋友就有得佢啦。

睇返呢間野之前都有用戶Kalawb指出唔明點解Crème brûlée個心係frozen,佢既comment我係十分十分之認同,引用返呢位用戶既食評:“Never could have imagined to have frozen custard found in creme brûlée. Asked the chef, he explained that this is the authentic way to do creme brûlée.... Whatelse I could say! There is a difference between chilled custard and frozen custard, please do try to listen to a customer's comment if she paid for a dessert that she didn't take a second bite.........
完全指出我既心聲呀.......... 好小可會上openrice打野,但真係未試過食甜品食唔晒走人
,所以要上黎警惕世人。絕對唔會食第二次。
