Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友行經MOKO,見到丼丼屋有最近當造嘅松葉蟹餐目,兩款主打丼飯「松葉蟹丼」同埋「松葉蟹土鍋飯」最平只需$98起就食到松葉蟹,即刻入咗去試下!😙松葉蟹土鍋飯定食 (單點$98定食+$15)定食嘅配菜幾唔錯,有大豆揚、黑糖寒天、味噌湯。大豆揚清清哋幾開胃;黑糖寒天好q彈,好似巨大版四方啫喱🤣味道甜而不膩👍🏻 味噌湯正常發揮,但冬天飲真係令人暖笠笠🤓到主角松葉蟹土鍋飯🤩🤩 店員會介紹點樣食土鍋飯,原來上枱後要用中火烹煮15分鐘,再熄火燜焗5分鐘。之後就可以按自己嘅喜好加三文魚籽同埋蟹味噌 (不過大家應該都會加晒?🤣),然後拌匀。燜焗後一打開飯蓋就聞到蟹肉嘅鮮香同埋日本米飯嘅香氣!😍 松葉蟹係日本三大名蟹之一,佢嘅特色係有細長嘅蟹腳同埋豐滿嘅蟹肉,呢個鍋將出色嘅松葉蟹拆肉起膏,松葉蟹肉質緊實,而且充滿甜味,啖啖肉嘅感覺,而且蟹肉好足料,有兩隻蟹鉗之餘仲有好多嘅蟹肉,真係大滿足!🤤米飯吸收咗松葉蟹嘅鮮甜,口感粒粒分明,又帶有濃郁嘅高湯湯汁,三文魚籽嘅咬感同埋鮮甜味亦都增加咗成個飯嘅口感,每啖都充滿着濃郁嘅海鮮風味,值得一試!松葉蟹吉列玉子 (+$26)惠顧任何食物都可以追加呢一個松葉蟹吉列玉

惠顧任何食物都可以追加呢一個松葉蟹吉列玉子,第一次食吉列版玉子,吉列炸衣輕薄酥脆,唔會搶走松葉蟹同玉子嘅味道。香濃嘅蟹肉搭配軟滑嘅玉子,加埋醬汁嘅味道,口感層次豐富,記得要襯熱食呀😙

咖哩滑蛋吉列豬扒飯定食 (單點$88 定食+$18)
豬扒外層炸得酥脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,厚切嘅口感令人滿足!紅薑好開胃,咖哩醬汁濃稠順滑,香料味道濃郁而不嗆,帶有淡淡嘅甜味同溫和嘅辛香,咖喱唔算辣,又好惹味,同滑蛋嘅柔嫩質地完美結合☺️ 而且佢份量好多,欣賞!

灸燒焦糖芝士蛋糕 (+$20)
有驚喜😍 餅底係蛋糕底,所以質地好鬆軟。芝士嘅濃郁香味同焦糖嘅微苦甜味完全融合,增加口感,質地亦都好細膩綿密😚 建議食到差唔多先追加,或者講明後上🤓
