今日我同老公想食日本嘢,今日去咗築地點咗魚介沾麵,我係第一次食沾麵。魚介濃湯果然「濃」、「厚」、「掛」!好堅,是用豚骨熬煮出來的濃郁湯頭,再加入各色的乾魚一同熬製,真係好thick、好 sticky,好味道。黑豚肉一層肥一層肉,入口即溶。加了用心烹煮的糖心蛋, 有如畫龍點睛,成個沾麵造型好靚。爐端口燒鰻魚飯丼我一向都鍾意食鰻魚飯,有時會買啲鰻魚返屋企做鰻魚飯。呢度嘅爐端口燒鰻魚飯丼的鰻魚都幾大條又厚身,味道又一流,以呢個價錢,性價比很高。純情豬菇力卷,個菜名好搞笑,但係好好食, 今日嘅亮點,外面係豬腩肉片,入面係金菇,食落去有豬肉嘅香,有金菇嘅爽。日式煎餃子,皮薄,肉唔算多,算是一個比較輕型嘅小食,好味。和歌山紀州梅子冰,酸酸味味,幫助消化,等我唔使愈食愈肥🤣。
