To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可能今個星期六日有地鐵嘅優惠，超級多人係沙田區啊！今晚我哋兩個要睇傢俬，所以順便嚟宜家傢俬度食晚餐。入到去已經排晒長龍啦，我哋一個負責排隊買嘢食，一個負責搵位, 好不容易先搵到兩個位。每次來到，都會例牌叫肉丸薯蓉。仲有我哋叫左蔬菜薯餅。今次試咗一份新嘅嘢，好似叫做串燒蝦扁意粉。冇諗過一份會有咁多粒蝦，好似大約有10粒，都好爽口彈牙。扁意粉同埋忌廉汁都配合得好好。如果d菇唔係咁咸我會俾食個粉好高分。另外，今晚真係多人，聽到有人為咗霸位而罵。下次都係避免星期日夜晚喺度食飯啦。
