To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

普興餐廳嘅自助餐果然名不虛傳，有好多個區域😂 唔怪得成日fully-booked海鮮盤有好多選擇，有小龍蝦、麵包蟹，青口、螺👍🏼👍🏼 可以叫侍應每樣攞啲，或者自己揀，但係就冇得自己夾邊個部位，有時就只係得蟹腳，有時就要等蟹蓋生蠔好衛生，每人限攞兩隻，用過濾水掃得好乾淨，完全冇蠔殼，每次排都係大約5分鐘生蠔味道好濃郁☺️唔係海水太鹹嗰隻，而係鮮甜嗰隻冷盤選擇少啲，熱食就好多選擇，有燒味/Pasta/中式/西式，都有5-6個區最後甜品區就有餐廳中間，雪糕口味有成九款😍 整體來講，自助餐食物水準OK，勝在真係好多款😂
