To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爹哋媽咪一向都好鍾意食海鮮今晚就帶佢嚟銅鑼灣嘅呢一間海鮮蒸氣石鍋餐廳食晚飯。.銅鑼灣地鐵站行過去3分鐘左右地點幾方便,睇完餐牌之後我哋揀咗人均449嘅專貴海鮮套餐,裏面包咗八款海鮮同有機蔬菜籃,最後仲有個粥食。.印象好深刻嘅有太平洋饅頭蟹,細細隻,肉唔多,但係蟹肉好鮮甜,而且長年生長喺深海入邊,每年得幾個月可以野生捕捉,係好罕有嘅海鮮,香港唔多地方可以食到,係特別。另一款野生膏仔蟹就大大隻,厚肉多膏,肉質彈牙,一絲絲咁,家人非常喜歡。.除咗蟹之外,呢個套餐仲有鮑魚、野生青口、加拿大海虎蝦、自選澳龍/琵琶龍、韓國珍珠蠔等等,成個餐都幾豐富。鮑魚彈牙,青口帶自然海水味,豉油都唔使點。琵琶龍就坊間都幾少見,肉質滑溜過澳洲龍蝦,鮮甜d,不過就冇咁彈牙,都幾特別。成個過程都有服務員幫我哋蒸,唔會話驚自己唔識控制蒸幾耐。.食完海鮮之後,服務員就會幫我哋蒸菜同埋煮粥,不得不說,雖然前面啲海鮮好食,但係最後嘅粥其實都好驚艷,因為裏面有好多海鮮精華,我哋一人食咗一碗都有啲意猶未盡。~~~蟹仙海鮮蒸碢大公館 銅鑼灣謝斐道500號維安商業大廈地舖至1樓
