前兩日行街無意中發現左哩間食串燒既舖頭,一般串燒舖黎黎去去唔係食燒雞翼就燒雞扒豬扒咁,黎到哩到見到有海鮮又鵝肝,同埋哩到竟然有燒乳鴿同埋有個諗都諗唔到可以燒既嘢食,竟然係燒牛骨,同個朋友都好有興趣試下。 哈哈 唔好講笑,真係驚起一浪接一浪 海鮮係鮮甜,雖然上面鋪滿咗好多蒜蓉,但一啲都冇搶到海鮮本身嘅味,鵝肝多士有燒烤過既香味,咬落一d都唔乾仲好汁。重點推介,佢哋新出左一個每日限定既燒牛仔筒骨,原本以為一定好膩,但佢配左烤過嘅多士一齊食,係超超超超夾,麵包又吸咗牛骨嘅精華,雖然冇食牛肉但係有種牛肉嘅香味十足。另一個推介既竟係燒乳鴿,平時炸乳鴿食得多,燒乳鴿都係第一次,心諗一定會好硬好乾,點知一想菜嘅時候已經聞到好香,食落去個陣仲好入味同埋肉質好淋多汁。唔會係死死實實「鞋」口既感覺。問左老闆佢過定期會更換新嘅餐牌,同埋會加入一啲特別嘅菜式希望每次嚟嘅客人都會遇到唔同嘅新菜式,我好期待下一次可以試到啲乜嘢辛苦菜😋😋😋😋
