下午食完車仔做lunch ,晚餐收工,繼續跟Foo去覓食。佐敦的Marco’s Oyster Bar & Grill 有好多打卡位,有燈籠,照燈,電子蠟燭,氣球等飾物,適合各類慶祝活動做背景影相。主打西餐和鮮蠔系列,人均消費$250左右。一來到,已經被餐牌的$298法國鵝肝拼牛柳餐吸引到。有三文魚撻撻,幾特別,多士上面有三文魚餡料。沙律都好新鮮翠綠。法國龍蝦濃湯就好鮮甜惹味,每啖都有豐富的龍蝦膏味道,相信廚師熬製多時,別具心裁。鵝肝拼牛柳的牛柳有不同的煮熟程度可以選擇,5成熟再送到面前,外層已經煎熟,裡面就有餘溫繼續煮,到食到嘴邊時,裡面已經呈粉色狀態,肉嫩而有牛汁,鮮嫩的口感,極厚切的牛柳,令人一垂涎三尺。另外鵝肝亦都令人幾意外,無腥羶味,食完不似食內臟,幼嫩可口。肉醬闊條麵$138亦都不錯,肉醬的精髓遍布每條意粉,彈性的咬口,整碟都食得好滋味。
