To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥩秘製胡麻醬薯仔牛柳粒 $88牛柳粒最驚既係會靭到咬唔爛 但呢碟既每牛柳粒粒都肉質鮮嫩 大大件又啖啖肉 份量好足好飽肚 平時茶餐廳嘅牛柳粒都係會用黑椒調味 呢個用左胡麻醬 特別得尼同牛柳粒好夾 而薯仔咬落去香脆 忍唔住食左好多粒🧀焗芝士薯蓉肉醬千層麵 $68 茶餐廳或者冰室好少見到有千層麵呢啲西式野 咁難得見到有 當然試吓啦！估唔到呢度啲西式嘢都唔錯 唔似係一間中式冰室嘅水準 芝士、薯蓉、肉醬、千層麵四樣嘢都好邪惡 但令人大滿足 呢個價錢呢個份量相當之抵食 表面嘅芝士同薯蓉焗到金黃色脆脆地 正！ 白酒忌廉煮青口 $62尼左一盤青口 目測有十五粒以上 好有誠意 😳 重點係白酒味夠重 忌廉汁唔會過咸 可以好好襯托出青口 $62奶茶紅豆冰 +$9
