To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 除咗譚仔之外而家市面上最出名嘅一定係心粥館系列包括魚米同埋湯加只要兩間都試吓就知道個分別在於唔係米線而係講求個湯底平心而論譚仔雖然比較龍尾但係有啲覆蓋左米線本身嘅完美不過湯加呢度係主打湯嘅精粹同埋配合米線嘅清淡所以佢衍生左五種湯麻辣湯酸辣湯魚湯清湯自己比較鍾意魚湯米線始終都係童年回憶咁呢一度嘅魚湯同魚米其實係有分別魚米就會做得鹹少少呢一度就好明顯係好清淡兩隻都係唔會有魚腥味淡淡都充滿鮮味係可以成碗飲晒
