To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日經過見冇咩人就入去醫醫肚，咁落單都快，碗米線都好快嚟咗，暫時都幾滿意。點知食左兩啖發覺湯唔辣（我叫左5小辣），我叫姐姐處理。等既時嘅發現有隻蚊滋飛左入碗麵度，死左係碗麵到🤮。我都好聲好氣即刻叫第二個姐姐處理加提提佢頭先已叫人處理錯湯底既事。點知處理湯底果個姐姐以為我又投訴錯湯底勁大聲話：「咪叫左人煮過比你囉，等下啦！ 」 我真係忍唔到即刻話：「唔係，係碗野有蚊啊！」 佢仲駁：「哦有野咪煮過比你囉！」其他姐姐聽到都同我講唔好意思，唔明點解果位姐姐咁大支野。總結呢間譚仔衛生差，佢地都習以為常咁，同埋某姐姐太冇禮貌，除左駁客人嘴，都聽到佢係咁話其他姐姐🙄。
