To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排有事慶祝，同朋友去咗黃埔嘅九龍海逸君綽The Promenade食buffet，呢間buffet主打海鮮，第一輪緊係試下佢啲海鮮，冷盤海鮮我試咗龍蝦鉗，青口，長腳蟹腳，全部都好新鮮鮮甜 熱盤試咗芝士焗龍蝦 ，呢個有啲失望，因為龍蝦肉唔算好彈牙，用芝士焗食咗半隻已經有啲滯，另外個汁煮鮑魚好腍好入味，我哋encore咗好多隻，仲有和牛都煎得好香好有牛味 呢度刺身都有好多種類，三文魚，吞拿魚，油甘魚全部都係厚切，帆立貝係原粒俾你，三文魚子係放喺度俾你任不，簡直係刺身控嘅天堂，另外生蠔就不過不失，新鮮無腥味，不過排得有啲耐，size又唔算大，我排咗一次就算啦 呢度嘅雪糕係movenpick，有成十五隻味俾你任揀，另外甜品都有好多選擇，我試咗呢度嘅招牌芒果拿破崙，唔算驚艷不過芒果夠甜，另外呢度嘅紅白啤酒係任斟嘅 成餐飯一個人六百零蚊，唔趕人食到十點鐘，食物質素係好嘅，選擇都好多，間唔中食返一次半次都開心 #foodie #自助餐 #buffet #酒店buffet #黃埔美食 #ThePromenade #香港自助餐 #生蠔 #刺身 #龍蝦 #甜品 #movenpick #打卡 #拍拖好去處
