岩盤牛扒都算好多分店 今日打算去南豐紗廠 經過就入去試一試我叫咗塊西冷，因為比較少脂肪！🤤兩塊都勁大勁大，真係「好Large大」，係見到都會覺得飽個種🫣塊扒拎出黎個彈已經覺得勁香 個侍應話我知塊扒拎到出黎會大約係3成熟 不過可能因為嚿鐵板好夠熱 切開嗰陣大約係5成熟西冷好重肉味 食落好有咬口但又唔會韌 不過其實佢都幾多脂肪位（可以睇圖二）想講下個sauce有驚喜！！！佢同普通嘅燒汁有啲唔同🫣有淡淡嘅柚子香味🥹同啲肉一齊點黎食勁夾！但我個人覺得有啲咸，點少少提下味就可以啦！#岩盤牛扒ミディアムレア #岩盤牛扒 #荃灣西美食 #荃灣美食 #岩盤牛扒ミディアムレアステーキ
